Valuations are non-binding

A transaction is not binding until a written purchase agreement has been signed by both parties. ProMed Source reserves the right to adjust or withdraw any valuation at any time prior to execution of a written agreement.

If equipment is found to differ from its described condition, model, or specifications at the time of pickup — including missing accessories or components — the final offer may be adjusted to reflect the actual condition of the equipment received.
